This knowledge base article provides guidance on how to include treatment plan team members in a compiled note.

Including Treatment Plan Team Members in Compiled Note 

When creating or editing a treatment plan, navigate to the Compile tab as highlighted in the screen below.

In the Compile tab, locate the Treatment Plan Team Members section. Here, you can include the members who participated in creating the treatment plan.

Include Treatment Plan Members in Compiled Note: Select this checkbox to display the treatment plan team members on the compiled note. Once selected, the participants' details will appear on the compiled treatment plan as shown in the screen below.

Adding Team Members  

To add more team members who participated in developing the treatment plan, click the Add Team Member button as shown in the screen below.

Clicking the Add Team Member button opens the Manage Members screen. From here, you can select the desired members to add them to the compiled note. Use the search filter to find members from the list. If the desired team members do not appear in the list, you can add a new member by clicking the Create and Add to Team link.

Clicking the Create and Add to Team link will open a screen where you can enter the details of the new team member for the treatment plan.
