How to Include Meeting Details in Compiled Note

Overview 

This knowledge base article provides guidance on how to include meeting details in a compiled treatment plan.

 

Including Meeting Details in the Compiled Note

When creating a new treatment plan or editing an existing one, navigate to the Compile tab as highlighted in the screen below.

 

In the Compile tab, locate the Meeting Details section as shown. Here, you can select various meeting details such as the meeting date, start time, end time, last review date, next review date, and the type of meeting. After selecting the meeting details, select the Include Meeting Details in Compiled Note checkbox.

 

 

 

 

Meeting Date: Select the meeting date using the calendar icon.
Start Time: Enter the meeting start time.
End Time: Enter the meeting end time.
Type of Meeting: Select the desired type of meeting from the dropdown menu. 

 

 

 

 

Include Meeting Details in Compiles Note: Select this checkbox to display the meeting details in the compiled treatment plan as shown below.
