By using this guide, administrators can efficiently manage access and ensure that only authorized personnel can handle the Calendar related tasks.
To grant permission to access the calendar:
Users lacking this permission will not see the Calendar option in the left sidebar.
To grant users permission to access the calendar for booking appointments:
Users without this permission will not see their name listed in the Providers section on the calendar.
Users with this permission will see their name displayed, as shown in the screen below. Once enabled, they can book appointments from the calendar on the right-side.
To grant permission to manage appointments of other clinicians:
The clinicians attempting to edit or delete appointments of other clinicians will see a restriction message.
To grant permission to add appointments for all clients of the practice:
Users with this permission can view all clients in the practice when scheduling an appointment.
Users without this permission can only view the clients assigned to them while scheduling an appointment. The list will appear based on the permission assigned to the clinician in the caseload security.
To grant permission to view all clinicians' calendar:
Users with this permission can view the calendars of all providers. Refer to the screen below for reference. As they select the relevant checkboxes, the providers' calendars will be displayed on the right side.
