Leveraging Shared Content in Your Treatment Plan

Overview 

In the treatment plan, you can create custom content and reuse it across various components as needed. This helps streamline your workflow by eliminating the need to manually enter the same content repeatedly. You can create custom content for manifestations/problems, long-term goals, short-term goals, and interventions. 

 

 

Shared vs Assigned Content  

Before reusing shared custom content in the treatment plan, it’s essential to understand the difference between Shared Content and Assigned Content

 

Shared Content: Custom content that can be created and saved for future use. 

Assigned Content: Once shared content is selected, it moves to Assigned Content and becomes available in the preview pane. 

 

Follow these steps to create and reuse shared content in the treatment plan. 

 

 

Step 1: Enable Content Edit Mode   

Before adding shared custom content, you must enable Content Edit Mode

 

  1. Open the client's chart face.
  2. Navigate to the Treatment Plan tab.
  3. Create a new treatment plan or update an existing one.
  4. In the top-right corner, toggle Content Edit Mode to ON. The switch turns green when activated.

 

 

 

 

Step 2: Add Shared Custom Content for Manifestations/Problems   

Once Content Edit Mode is enabled, you can add shared custom content: 

 

To add shared custom content,

 

  1. In the Manifestation section, select Shared Content from the dropdown.
  2. Click Add Custom Content and enter the required details.
  3. In the Manifestation Details section, repeat the process by selecting Shared Content, clicking Add Custom Content, and entering details.

 

After adding shared content, it will be available for reuse in any manifestation or problem within the treatment plan. 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 3: Disable Content Edit Mode  

To reuse shared custom content, you must disable Content Edit Mode

 

  1. Open the client's chart face.
  2. Navigate to the Treatment Plan tab.
  3. Create a new treatment plan or update an existing one.
  4. In the top-right corner, toggle Content Edit Mode to OFF. The switch turns gray when disabled.

 

 

 

Step 4: Reuse Assigned Custom Content 

To reuse shared custom content as Assigned Content

 

  1. Ensure the Shared Content option is selected in the dropdown.
    1. Select the shared custom content from the Manifestation section.
    2. Select the shared custom content from the Manifestation Details section.
    3. A confirmation message will appear, indicating that the content has been moved to Assigned Content.
  2. From the dropdown, select Assigned Content.
    1. Choose the assigned custom content from the Manifestation and Manifestation Details sections.
    2. The assigned content will now appear in the preview pane.
