Add Nursing Notes to Clinical Order Sheet

This brief knowledge base article demonstrates the workflow for adding nursing notes to to clinical orders from the Clinical Order Sheet.

1. From the patient's Chart Face, click the Clinical Order Sheets tab. 

2. The Clinician Order Sheet Log will show your name, date and timestamp. You can also make nursing notes on the Clinician Order Sheet Log.
